Leadership Institute

Christians in Commerce Leadership Institute is being developed to form and develop Christian leadership around three core themes:

• Faith: Knowing the triune God, his will and the power of the Holy Spirit
• Integrity: Being transformed into the character of Christ
• Excellence: United to build the Kingdom for God’s glory

Christian leadership is vital to the advancement of God’s Kingdom. We are called to lead the world into the Kingdom by creating a first-hand experience – in our lives, homes and especially in our workplaces.

This is a new venture designed to build strong leaders, especially with younger men and women new into the workforce. We want to invest in the future Christian leadership by bringing together resources and experience to make an impact.

Scheduled to launch nationally in 2012, the inaugural sessions were conducted in 2011 in the chapters in the Phoenix, AZ area. It was also introduced at the 2011 Christians in Commerce Annual Conference “The Kingdom is Now!”
